o First go to Nova Wallpapers.(I suggest saving this link to your favorites.)
o Pick a picture you like. (Theres more but I could screenshot them all sworry >.<)
o Upload, Search, Or Select a skin.
o Scroll done to the Sizing Options.
o Pick your Size and Download! (There are so filters you can use too c:)
o Next go to Pixlr.(I'm aware of the pixlr express but I suggest going to Pixlr.)
o Upload you picture to pixlr.
o Next click the text tool (Or press "T")
o Then add any text you want!
o After adding the text, Click 'File' in the top left corner.
o o The click 'Save..'
o o Go to PMC (blogs)
o o Then upload your edit, and click the save button I have highlighted.
o o Then click 'Blog Details' and Rant, Tell, Share what ever you want! (Make sure you follow the PMC rules though!)
