Hey guys kenshin here showing you how to shade your skin kenshin style heck yeah :D
First of all you will need mcskin 3D (1.4)
You can download Mcskin 3D Here
Ok if you have Mcskin 3D You should make a base skin
OK now if you have a base now you will need a color pallete
Example:

Now wat i did is i picked all the colors in the skin and put it in a space that i wont use
How to pick colors?
1st for the set the value of the color to 100 and saturation to 100
2nd minus 3or5 to the value and saturation and then it will give you a darker color
3rd keep doing it and doing it
How to shade the front of the body
Get the 3rd lightest color then put it in the body like this:

Now cover it with a darker shade like this :

Now keep doing it and doing until you get this:

Now you thought i was shading like dancing walrus right? Yes only the front
Body not the back and other things
Now do this as you can see i putted a lighter shade on the center:

Also to shade the side body just shade it with the darkest color
You used in shading the front body if i'm correct it will be the
the 6th color in the pallete
Now shading the back body :D
You shade the back body like the front
first do this :

then surround it with a darker shade the put lighter shade in the middle
Then if you done that you will get this:

ON TO THE ARMS XD
1st do this (I used the 6th color / 1st darkest color in the pallete)

P,s you see that little forevah alone pixel guy there....(Thats just my cursor dont do that)
2nd Put the 2nd darkest shade in the pallet in the middle and now i shaded the arms this time

3rd Add the darkest shade in the middle again:

Now for the 4th step add the lightest color at the side not at the middle this time As you can see i added 2 light colors and i finished the arms:

Keep doing it and doing it until you get fill the whole thing (Dont do the side)
If your done do this

Then do this as you can see i putted the second lightest color on each 1 at the side:

now to Shade the top part the 2 lonely unshaded PARTS
the top arm and bottom arm this is wat i done
I shaded the top part like the side arm

Shade the legs how you shaded the arm
Sorry guys this is not done yet i'll update it later ok thx :)

Your shading style has room for improvement, but overall this blog was well presented, and nicely made.
Well done.
