Let's face it--every hour Steve runs around in his little MineCraft world is an hour you are sitting on your butt playing a video game! Unless you're also a MineCraftian, you're a human, which needs you need to stay healthy! To do this, you need to:
Our minin' friend can sleep so long as the moon is overhead. However, you and I cannot. Get a good night's sleep every night. You'd be surprised how many people miss the mere 8 hours of sleep every night. Now, if you only get 7 1/2 every once in a while, it is not as bad. However, 4 is never OK.
Steve climbs mountains, swims over vast oceans, and explores jungles almost every day. Talk about working up a sweat! Take after Steve's example by exercising for at least an hour a day. Swimming, biking, working out at a gym, or even playing a game like basketball or hockey with some pals are all good ways to exercise and have fun. However, don't exercise too hard! At any given moment, you should be able to talk with your friends or even to yourself-- but you shouldn't be able to sing. If you can't talk, you are straining yourself-- slow down! If you can sing, see if you can work yourself a little harder. If you ever feel like you're in pain, do not continue! Talk to your parents or a doctor if the pain lasts for too long.
It's dinnertime for our MineCraftian pal! What'll it be tonight, Steve? We have steak, bread, and watermelon! For dessert, you can go wild and have some cookies and cake! Finally, you'll need to eat right. Believe it or not, it is healthy for you to eat a BIT of junk food every day. Without any fat in your diet, you'd be a pile of skin and bones! Without a little sugar, you wouldn't have the energy to move! You should eat some of each of the food groups: protein foods (meat, nuts, eggs, and other high-in-protein cuisine), dairy, veggies, fruits, and grains (bread, pancakes, etc.).
I hope this helped you out a lot! :D
