How to win a Hungergames [Tips] {Instructions}
So you guys played hungergames alot right? Well I have to tell you it isn't easy to win! Especially when you fight people who play hungergrames everyday, after reading this tutorial there will be more chances of you surviving as well as probaly staying until there is only 10 tributes left! You will become better as you continue using these tips and also practise in the area of PVP and Experience! Its the only way to win!
Starting
1st - So once you are in a lobby of the Hungergames, you have 2 choices either to talk "random stuff on chat" such as YOLO! or Hf and gg is usless while on the other side you can make friends! Making teams in the hungergames can change your chances especially when you have a Pro teamate as battles can vary from 2v1 or 2v1v1 and also they can be a great addition to when you are chasing a enemy as your friend can boost you! But there are negative sides to a teamate as you have to fight them in the end so beware of your choices of teamates (They Might Backstab You!) Usually I either skype my friends I know (Or friends in real life) as they can be a more trust worth teamate!.
2nd - In some servers there are votes for maps! So usually pick a map that is the easiest for you! For instance, maps that have lots of chest locations you know well or Map areas that you understand (Traps , Extra Easter Eggs!)
Game starts in 10, 9 ,8 ,7 ,6.....
At this stage of the starting area, this is when everyone spawns in a circle and there are chests to loot at the middle! I reccomend you loot these chest/s (You should loot them! Dont Run! Dont worry you can join another match if you die!) but usually only go for 1 chest only!
Once inside the chest -
Piorities
1st Weapons, 2nd Rare Materials (Diamond),3rd Armour, 4thFood, 5th Other
Loot using Shift+Click it is alot faster!
If you see a weapon dissapear from your chest you are looting or other players with a weapon or if you are getting attacked run away!
If you have a weapon you should hunt other people and get thier loot! But sometimes other people hunt you too so the best bet is to run away! If you have no weapon from spawn, DO NOT punch other people to death (It is nooby) and run away and find loot chests too!
During this stage you should be looting chests and finding a weapon! Have amour and other sources of protections as well and be prepared for an ambush or look for people to hunt and AMUBUSH THEM! Usually you should have the element of suprise on your side as you can get a couple of CHOP CHOPS on them before they start fighting you! If you dont have a weapon? Run AWAY! and stay at edges of the map until you find weapons
Looting
When you are searching for chests, look for some places that seem to have some loot! Such as buildings/easter eggs, hard places to see, and from there you should be able to find loot! Easter eggs are sometimes also reffered as "secret rooms" "Holes" "Traps", Don't go in there if it looks like a trap or has some kind of mechinical/redstone machine!
Attacking and Choosing Opponents
When you see an oppenent charging/not noticing/dont see you but you see them/ attack someone else/ Think to your self? Think about properties such as Would I be strong enough to fight him? Is his armour or weapons better than me?
ARMOUR AND WEAPONS
Armour! Best to worst - Diamond, iron , chain (Better than gold by abit), Gold , Leather, Nothing
Swords, Best to worst - Diamond, Iron , Stone, wood
Axes Best to worst - Diamond, iron , stone, wood (These axes deal less than thier sword versions than 1 DMG - Diamond Sword +7 attack - Diamond Axe +6 Attack)
Bows - The more you pull back the more DMG
Attack if you think you have a better advantage than him! such as suprise (He is - Looting Chest, Invetory, ETC) or if he is low after fighting someone, before engaged check if you have all your stuff such as a full hunger bar! Once engaged try to corner him, jump and hit to do critical hits (More DMG) and also circle the enemy so he would have a hard time attacking you. If you die then GG, if you win, loot him quickly as possible, If he uses hacks then REPORT HIM!
If your enemy is a noob! He would probaly get owned or run away! If you have a friend let him boost you by hitting you or using fishing rods! If you are solo Jump + Sprint as you will be faster! Find faster routes to cut him off or try jumping on and off blocks to reach him more! Use a bow if he has low health as you would kill him after 3 - 1 arrows (Be accurate - If you are terrible with bows then don't use it!) Do not let your opponent eat! He would start to regen!
If your enemy jumps in water! Then use your bow! Try to get close to him by using surface places such as Lily pad/Blocks! Try to corner him in the limits of the map sphere! Go low underwater because you have a further reach if you are hitting a object above you! (Did you know that? If you didn't, say "IDK" in the comments)
Getting attacked!
When attacked you can fight him or run if you take your chances and fight (Put some logics in there! If he has better stuff than you, DONT ATTACK BACK AND RUN!) if you run you should try to have full hunger at all times so your health would regen (Cakes are very good at this situation)! Once full health you can try fighting him! You can also try jumping of blocks or do parkour to get further away from your opponent! If you did not see your opponent take out a bow, then try jumping into a vast area of water and get away!
DEATHMATCH
Usually DMatch is in every hungergames server! It teleports you to a areana or spawn and puts a smaller border around it! Usually there are 4-2 players so you could let everyone fight and run around until there is only one oppoenent left! Or fight straight away and try to take all of them out ( or at least make them lose health). If there a team, try to run around and fight strategically, using whatever you got, but usually you would die. If you win the game then GG!
Lighting - If you want to see in the dark! Do this! It lights up your game
1st - Go to C:\Users\(Your Name)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
2nd- Find the "options"
3rd - Open it with notepad or something similar!
4th - Find gamma and type this in 100000.0
