Hello everyone! I'm an experienced Survival Games player and I'm here to give you tips on how to win! :D
Not all Survival Games servers have the same functions, chest loots, and grace period. So not everything I say can apply to your game.
The Start! :
You can either do 2 things before the countdown starts.
--> RUNNING TO THE MIDDLE
-You have to be very quick to sprint to your chest, the moment you can immediately right-click the chest
and shift-click everything you find in it.
-If you are able to grab a weapon quickly attack the people who have armor on and don't have weapons yet.
-Be sure to lookout you aren't the only one who grabbed a weapon.
--> RUNNING TO THE BACK
-Find the nearest chest you can find while people are still crowding in the middle.
-Make sure you have enough food and gear to go farther into the map and look for more stuff.
-If there are people doing the same avoid them and go to another area without anybody there.
-You will be given an estimate of 5-10 seconds before people from the middle will start running out.
The Game!
The start has ended the game has begun!
--> GRABBING LOOT
-It is recommended you've prepared a chest route that has a decent amount chests that you'll find
at least 8-10 would be okay.
-Some maps are really hard and it seems impossible to find chests but don't give up! Always look around and keep moving but the moment you see someone's name start avoiding the person.
-DO NOT FALL FOR TRAPS, if you do the game's over for you. :/
-Some chests require parkour and parkours have traps so that if you lose you die! So do not take those risks if you aren't good at parkour.
-If you see some buttons or a lever on the wall, most likely they will lead to a secret path or a hidden trap so be careful and move far enough from the button/lever so you can activate it to see what happens without dying.
--> HUNTING PLAYERS
-This can be really hard for people who aren't that good in PVP. So I suggest you avoid this part if you want to stay long in the game, but sooner or later you will be forced to fight in deathmatch.
-You must have at least: Proper Armour (chainmail,leather,etc.) Enough Food (apples,fish,carrots,etc.) and Proper Weapons (swords,axes,bow and arrows,flint and steel and fishing rod (optional)). In order to hunt players down.
-The safest way to hunt someone down is to find a player and make sure he doesn't see you yet so you can do an assassination and kill him without him being able to fight back.
-Shift behind a block in case the player might look your way. So he won't be able to see your name.
-Killing teamers.
-This can be very hard unless you have better gear than them so you can kill them easily.
-If it is 2-3 players I suggest following them until you reach non-spacious areas so you can corner them easily.
-Taking them down 1 by 1 is a good strategy on taking down teamers.
-Killing players with better gear than yours.
-This is where flint and steel can come handy.
-While fighting the player quickly burn him then start attacking him so he'll be at a disadvantage.
-Using a bow is also effective if you're fighting him from a distance so he'll be weakened enough to do close-ranged combat.
-When they die immediately get whatever loot they in case they're useful for your gear.
-Make sure nobody is near you because they will attack you since you are damaged.
The Deathmatch! :
--> PREPARE
-When there 3-4 players left, the countdown to deathmatch will start. So be quick! You have around 1 minute to prepare.
-2 swords in case 1 breaks (Iron and Diamond swords are recommended)
-Craft before deathmatch starts, find a crafting table and craft whatever you need to make.
-Enough food (Golden apples for quick healing and normal foods.)
-Fighting Gear
-Swords
-Bow
-Arrows (10+)
-Flint and Steel (2)
-Fishing Rod (Optional)
--> FINAL FIGHT
-> ENDING STRATEGY (1v1)
-Using the bow is good for people coming right at you!
-Use the flint and steel to quickly damage him.
-Start attacking him with your sword so he can die faster.
-> SAFE STRATEGY (1v1v1)
-Make the 2 other players fight each other while you have more time to prepare
so when you're ready attack them when they're both almost dead.
-> TEAM STRATEGY (1v2)
-You are highly disadvantaged at this point.
-If you are highly skilled, you will most likely survive and win!
-Be very quick in attacking both of them! Make sure you run around just in case they damaged
you a bit so you can heal enough.
-Try taking the weaker one down then start running again then finish him off so you can quickly move to the next player.
-> HEALING STRATEGY
-Run around for as long as you can in case you're weak.
-You are a given a few seconds to eat so I suggest eat Golden apples to quicken the healing.
-If you won! Congrats bro!
-If you lost! Better luck next time :P jk learn your mistakes so you can do better next game.
