I Found Out How To Make EnderDragons With AI. If You Want One, Just Do This Simple Command:
/summon bat ~ ~1 ~ {Passengers:[{id:"ender_dragon"}]} Just Like The Old Days When You Could Spawn Normal Enderdragons, They Still Can Break Blocks!
WARNING: if you get off and get back on, it looses its AI.
