I was thinking up a storm of ideas and thought back to a pack i saw that had seasons implemented due to a mod that cycled variables based on the world clock...or some thing along those lines...

I want to implement basic season changes in oldencraft...with out mods... my idea is a animated set of nature blocks that have very very long chains before they switch textures to a different season ...I want to have help with this... they have to be based on the pack I already have just recolored i am starting with leaves but I cannot seem to retain the "leaves look" across the color spectrum ... this will be a side project that will not be implemented until completed fully and all the kinks are out...

If you have interest in helping comment down below

I have set an example as the post pick which was my first test look...it is ok but it would need to be tweaked to work...feel free to use it as a template ...I also would like to have blends of the changes so they change smoothly

I need help from the community so please comment and feel free to pm me and contact my email (Golbez22pmc@gmail.com) all people who are helping will be credited... thanks everyone

Woah dude. That's really insane. To make the animated thing go for even 1 day would be a HUGE (really tall) .png! And I don't think that the animations are recorded for the next time you play, so every time you load a new world, it'll start at the same season, say summer.

Nonetheless, it's a very good idea, and i cant wait to see what you cook up!

Hm, you are editing the biome colour changing thing, right? Or is that even possible. It could save you lots of time editing the trees, grass, blah blah.
