Dear P.M.C. Members,
(Introduction:)
(Classmate talking to his mom after school)
I tried saying hi to this shy kid at school today, and starting a conversation with him, but he didn’t seem like someone who could have many friends, considering the fact he couldn’t have much of a conversation with me. Perhaps he doesn’t like friends, and is antisocial.
(Shy Kids Point of View, he is at home on the internet blogging)
So today one of my classmates walked up to me and attempted to become one of my friends… I don’t think he liked me much when I tried talking back. I don’t get it, I can talk to all of you guys on here, and just be myself, at school, no matter what I do, I end up as the one alone at a table by myself. Can any of you believe it? I guess I just have trouble talking face-to-face, I don’t know…
(Conclusion)
Some of the kids you might consider as shy and antisocial might have an entire army of friends on the internet, and might be one of the coolest one out of them all. Hard to believe, right? Why do they just let themselves be like that though… one to live his social life on the internet, and not try to make friends in real life? Do any of you viewers have any answers?
Sincerely,
uSneakyy Murican

Real life friends:
Pros:
Knowing the friend is REAL.
Being able to have that friend at your house, for whatever reason.
Seeing them while at school, instead of only when at home.
Being able to tell them about classes and homework, and they can relate to you.
Being able to go places with them. (Park, House, Movies, etc… )
Cons:
If you are bad at telling people stuff face-to-face, this could be bad.
Only seeing each other at school, or if you make plans to go somewhere.
They might spread rumors about your secrets and crushes.
Internet Friends:
Pros:
Not having to talk face-to-face. (Could be better)
Them not knowing if everything you say is true.
You can be whatever/whoever you want to be.
Your personal features don’t have an affect on who you are friends with.
Most people will like you for who you are--- if you treat them right.
If you’re at home and bored, you can always hop right on the computer and talk to people!
Your past won’t affect you, unless if you tell people about it, and they take it the wrong way.
Being able to talk to them, and tell them stuff, assuming they don’t know anyone from your area, they won’t tell anyone.
Cons:
Not knowing if the person is who they say they are.
Not being able to talk to them if you’re grounded.
If you decide to say you’re someone else, people don’t like you, for YOU.
So what do you choose? Are you for Internet Friends, or Real Friends?

I can talk to him and he's fine. I always go up to him and be like
"yo homie"
and he'll be like
"hey"
He's still quiet around everyone else, except he looks like the guy who would talk a lot....
then on the other hand, this kid I've known forever. I think he was my friend maybe in elementary.
I don't see him much anymore, but In middle school he never talked to me.
or anyone. Not even the teacher . his only reply ever is a shrug.
pros:
-i have no real life friends
-people in real life dont like me, or are mean and bully me
-my internet friends are there for me as much as possible
-my internet friends care more then the people i know in real life
cons:
-no hugs, no seeing each other, nothing physical
-people usually believe that internet friends arent real, or are lies
-majority of people think that internet friends arent real friends
-timezones
conclusion: i choose internet friends
