Hey Guys,
So Leytura is this active Skinner. She seems like she's really into her work and from the time that I knew her, she seemed helpful and friendly so to do her a favor, I want to bring her more into the light and I hope you guys could help me with that. Anyway, if you want to find out what she's like and how her Skinner life is, read away :D!!!
I remember I was looking for a map when I first entered planetminecraft and I started coming back again and again (looking for adventure maps, texture packs, mods...).
I decided to make my own account, make skins and upload them because I couldn't
find cool skins of my favourite characters
2. How long ago did you start doing Skins?
I started doings skins (to use them myself) a few months before I created this
account. That's why on my first week here, I uploaded a lot of skins (I had them already
done).
3. Did you practice making them on your own or did you learn from someone/others?
I practice on my own.
4. If you learnt from others/someone who are they?

5. Do you have a certain style in making skins? How do you like to do them? Is there a certain way or is it totally random/
creative?
Yes, I have my own style. I usually darken some things
to make these details come out.
6. Do you look around for inspiration or look for something to help your imagination?
As I usually make anime skins or video game skins,
my inspiration is the game, serie or film itself.
7. Do you ever base your skins on famous characters, popular series...etc?
As I said most of the times I base my characters on anime characters or video game characters and "minecraft-them".
8. What would you advise new skinners to: 1. Watch out for / try to avoid 2.Think about when creating
I suggest new skinners to find some inspiration or something they really like to
help them create their skins. Also they should try to avoid doing stuff they dislike
or don't *want* to do because if you don't like something you are doing, maybe
it won't end being a "good pice of art"
9. Do you consider it wrong to get your inspiration for your work from other Skinners?
I thing it's not wrong was long as you give some credit to the other skinner and while
you don't copy their artwork.
10. What do you like doing most when creating a skin?
The hair, I relly enjoy making the hair and the details of the skin's clothes.
11. What takes you the most time/What do you focus on the most when creating a skin?
Maybe planning how i'm I going to make a 2D draw look not too wierd in a 3D
blocky design
12. How fast do you think making a good skin would take?
I don't know, maybe an hour or maybe a few minutes, It depends on how skilled
you are and how fast you can work. It's also related to many other factors.
13. Have you ever thought about making Texture Packs?
I have thought of making one, but I don't know if I would be brave enough to upload them considering if I ever finish any XD
14. If you have any Texture Pack favorites can you name them for us?
Ones of my favourite texture packs are: Aeon Legacity texture pack, High on
sugar texture pack and the travelling Tardis texture pack
