1.First, how did you find out about PMC?

I always wanted to share my work with the community. 3 years of hard work on 1 map gave me enough confidence to post it online, especially when my brother said it was good enough for the internet. I thought why not speak about it online with other minecrafters, so I searched "minecraft chat" on Google and found this place.

2.Who or what inspires you to keep blogging and where do you get your ideas?

No one inspires me to write blogs, but they give me the motivation to do it. I do this mostly for the new members and those who need help. I just like helping people out, especially a confused stranger. Most of my blogs are tutorials so they dono t require that much inspiration, just knowledge.

I also get motivation to improve my blogging when I read blogs written by Oliverfrenchie, Zaralith and especially SoggyTractor. To be honest, SoggyTractor is my blogging guru and the one I look up to when it comes to blogging.

3.Are there any blogs you're particularly proud of?

I am really happy with "How to get friends on PMC/ the internet" which developed me into this blogger I am today. Another blog that I am pretty proud of is my poem blog. I really like how my blogs turned out, not because of what kind of attention it got but because I worked really hard on those blogs.

Working 5 hours on a blog made it seem like a school project which it isno t. Why use that much time on a blog? Motivation I tell you.

4.What type of computer do you use and what's your desktop background image?

I use a Toshiba Satellite computer, my first personal PC. Its powerful enough for a computer. It handles shaders and good quality games like BF3 or dead space 3. I dono t usually change my desktop image; currently I have a HD picture of one awesome galaxy with 2 blue planets.

5.Would you call yourself something of a PMC chat legend?

The definition of legend doesno t fit me, and I am only a legend if people refer to me as one. If I had been as active as I am now for 2 years and then suddenly quitted the chat, I would consider myself a chat legend.

6.Tell us a little about you joining the army. Why you've chosen to do it, when and where are you going, etc.

Every Norwegian citizen is by the law forced for a military meeting up, which requires a test from you. Your result based on the test will tell you if you are qualified or not qualified for the army. I was qualified. 1/7 person makes it into the army every year. If you make that 70 000 people who are joining, only 10 000 are allowed to join each year.

It all starts 24 of September 2013 and lasts until 24 September 2014. I am called up into the Air force of Norway. Our base is in Stavanger, any more information is classified. xD

But after the army I am studying Chemistry bachelor at the university of Oslo.

7.As quite a 'hot blogger', what do you think of PMC's blog section at the moment? Have you witnessed any changes and what changes would you like to see?

I am not the person to judge; after all this is just a Minecraft fan site and what do people expect from this community which I believe is open for any age. And the community has more younger players than adults. So I dono t expect it to be that much quality in the blog section.

Every time I scroll through the post I see the same every time. They are mostly server spam and help+requests. But for those who really want to make an impact in the blog section I would say are doing a decent job.

8.What's your favourite word(s) in the English dictionary?

The words:Love, respect, soul, history and eloquence.

9. What's your least favourite word(s) in the English dictionary? Apart from 'twerking' and 'selfie'.

Dammit...ok. YOLO and gravel.

Thank you for the interview...have a nice day Soggy!

Xoyjaz answers took up 90% of this blog meanwhile the questions, which you created, only took up 10%. I'm not saying that your blog is bad, I'm just saying that you should try and put it into a sort of article and make it more interesting. Example: When asked about where he gets his inspiration from, he responded...etc. Or you could try and link the questions together using that. Most Newspapers when writing interviews doing it this way to make it more different, original and attention keeping than others.

They only do that in the newspapers because the writer actually meets the interviewee in person, so they talk about their mood, their feelings, the setting of the interview, the upcoming projects for the interviewee and possibly mention body language and things. On PMC you just get the words so that's all I had to convey. That's how all interviews on PMC work, they're just simple Q&A sessions, and it's nice to keep it simple and hear as much of the interviewee as possible.
I see your point. The fact is that most people on PMC, disappointingly, can't be bothered to read a full article, so keeping it short and simple would be important to get the best result.
