What i wanted to say is, is it just a coincidence That someone else has a similar skin as you when you post your own skin?This happened to me 3 times already and I've been on Pmc for not long...
I see that a lot of people make similar skins to each other and they are not getting reported or removed by moderators
Nor being recognized as copiers!
Take for example : the "teen skin's" I have seen multiple copies of skin's and all of them are different user's!
All of them are the same EXACT skin but different colors
Or adding different feature's like gloves or shoe's.
In my opinions these people should be Reported!
So if you see any people that are copying or using different colors in a skin,They are are disobeying the rules!
Note: I have nothing against the moderators, I actually Think That they are thoughtful people and should be respected.

And it seems that almost half of pmc made a teen skin with the emo hair and the staff has done nothing about it.
