It's not a problem. Stop letting it be one.

Too much homework... Too many exams... Tests... Too many misunderstandings... Mistakes... Relationships... Stress... Regrets... There's just too much to handle. Maybe that's why you came here, or maybe not. The point is, I'm not here to tell you that it's not stressful. Except, there is no need to stress out or make it a problem. Life will not stop throwing challenges at us. Yes, I called it a challenge, not a problem. Why? The answer's quite simple. They're not problems, so stop claiming them to be problems.

There are many challenges in life that can be hard to deal with, although not every challenge needs to become a problem. I have learned that it's all about the mindset. It's not about the problem. Now I'm not saying every outcome is positive, nor that every outcome is negative, but it is important to remain calm if you are dealing with a challenge in life. Life is never a smooth ride. There are up and downs whether you like it or not, but it is up to you to decide where or not you want it to become a problem.

Don't you remember the times when everything worked out? Remember when you thought the world was going to collapse if you don't find the solution? Well, it didn't. Being overwhelmed and stressed or worried about a problem is not going to fix it. You are only allowing it to torture you and become your next problem. You are only allowing it to hurt you and make the problem worse. It's only an illusion to make you think that you have control, but you don't. It's easy to just allow it to take over you and keep stressing out, but do you realize that you cannot think properly when you are so stressed or worried? When you aren't stressed out and you feel okay, the problem isn't gone, but at least you can think rationally on how to solve it. A lot of times your mind is tricking you into thinking that there is no solution. There is, even if you can't see it. There is, even if you can't solve it immediately. Before you realized it was a problem, you were okay. What does that mean? Well, it's simple. It's not a problem until you decided to let it be one. It's not a problem unless you let it take over you. It's not a problem unless you let it define who you are. It's not a problem unless you let it be one. It's not a problem, so stop it.

Look back at those times when you thought there wasn't a solution and that it was the end for you. Was it really though? I'm sure we all have those times when we were stressed about dumb things and laugh about it in the future. It's only how you perceive the "problem" that makes it so hard. Think of it as a challenge. Wouldn't life be boring if everything just went smoothly? We all create challenges for ourselves from time to time. We do it to kill time. We do it to stop being bored. We do it because we want to feel good about ourselves, yet we don't see it as a problem. The only problem that is actually a problem is if you stress and/or worry about your "problems". You should focus on how to remain calm and deal with the problems rationally rather than stressing or worrying. It's not easy to at first, but I hope that when you realize that your mindset may be the root of your problem, then hopefully it can help you take on the challenges rationally.

It's only stressful because you look at it on a macro level. It seems like there's too much to deal with. Too much to stress with. Too much to handle. Except, you don't have to. Deal with problems as they come, because you wouldn't know if it was a problem in the first place. Focus on the present. A lot of times, we look for bad news or try to prevent something bad from happening, but there was never a problem, to begin with. It's only because of your unclear mind that wants you to give in to the stress. Don't give in to the stress. Remember that you are not overwhelmed with problems unless you let it. You are going to be okay. Let the stress pass. Learn how to remain calm and not stress so easily. The worries aren't the actual outcome. It's only your mindset. I'm sure that all of you, if not, most of you, have solved many problems without knowing. That means you do better when you don't identify it as a problem. Identify as a challenge, not as a problem. Why give yourself a problem? Relax, and know that the solution is more likely to come to you if you don't overwhelm yourself. Yes, it can be hard, but hard isn't impossible. It's only impossible if you want it to be. It's only a problem if you let it be one.
