Introduction
I'm writing a logbook about my adventures in the world I made in Minecraft, so you all get to enjoy my adventures with me. This will be part 4
Kabouters logbook - Entry 4
Kabouters Logbook - Entry 4
It's been quite a while since I made an entry in my logbook, but boy it has been a wild few days and a lot has happened.
It started with a wild idea: I woke up one morning and while enjoying a rich and varied breakfast I thought it might be nice to go on an adventure, it would be nice to meet other people and I also had a quiet hope to find more kinds of food. Food is, just as wool, something of a fascination of mine. I like to make stuff, whether it's a nice meal or a painting or carpet.
So I made a boat and got of for a good start, I was happily peddling with my feet in the water to steer my boat and full of hope. It took me a long long while, but eventually I came across land. a desert. Naturally it was hot, I won't go into the pains I've suffered from that sun. However I was happy to find some cacti, and took some with me (i also took some cuts, but that's beside the point). Besides cacti, the desert turned out to be as dull as you could expect, so I took my boat and went to find more land. All I found was yet another desert. However, here I found some life! Three people, it wasn't much, but it was something at least, the first I've met in a long while, that's for sure. Full enthusiasm I walked up to them in their "village" of two houses and started a conversation. It wasn't long before I found out that they weren't altogether happy, they had hoped to found a bigger communion, but a lot of their friends had gone away to start their own little towns elsewhere, preferably not in the desert. However, they live in peace and that's something that's worth a lot to them, to two of them at least, the third person in this village, who told me his name was Phrozenbit, liked to start something for himself as well. Somewhere green and lush, where stuff would grow. This village harbored nothing more than a little wheat and not even much of that either. I could relate to that. I wouldn't want to live in such meager circumstances myself.
Phrozen and I really hit it of, and he convinced me to start something new with him somewhere. So I set of one day for an adventure and now I had a major one, quite exciting to, we would go to a new world and start a community for ourselves! That would be way better than being on my own with all my sheep..
Yes, my sheep... Those would have to come with me. I took Phrozen with me to my sheep farm. He was adored by them and the little lamb, who started to get bigger already. So we took the sheep and a lot of food, and of we where, on adventure to find a suitable piece of land to begin a community.
This journey took us days and days, but finally we found something: lush green plains, mounains around and water, even a forest nearby. This would be wonderful.
There was only one set down. This place is dangerous! When night falls, stuff happens that send shivers up my spine. Green slimy monsters that make some weird gory sound tried to scratch my brain out! Phrozen whacked it on the head a few times with a stone sword and taught me how to make one myself. Still a little shaken I started to learn (real fast) how to become a swordsman(woman). We spend the night killing those zombies, but also spiders, skeletons who shot arrows, and more weird stuff! If it weren't for my new friend I wouldn't have survived it, as it is, I'm still recovering from my wounds. During the day we built ourselves some shacks. From now on we could at leas be safe at night. As long as we don't go outside that is...
Explanation:
From now on I'm playing with Phrozenbit on our home server, it's much more fun to play together.
Also, I haven't been very active on PMC lately and can't guarantee that I will be in the future. It's unbelievable how much stuff I (have to) do. Anyway I'm sorry for the delay and I hope I'll have more time for minecraft and PMC. Thanks to everyone who has been reading the story's and didn't TLDR on it ;-)

About the uploading, I asked, Phrozen says no. It's a private server and it's a long way from being ready for the world to see:-)
also... I'm a little bit further in Minecraft then I am with writing the stories, this gap is somewhat of an inconvenience for me: When I'm playing Minecraft I do more than I can put in a story and then, when I haven't written the story yet I'm reluctant to play Minecraft and making that gap even wider :P
Thanks for the diamond and comment !
No problem about the Diamond + Comment, you deserved it!
I had the exact same problem with it. I just recently started finding out how to work with it. Actually because of PMC, I had to have a picture up there, otherwise it's so boring. Phrozen taught me how to make a rectangle, cut it out of the picture and paste it in another document with the right size. Most stuff is not so hard to do and there is a lot of information about it on the internet.
P.s. Pro-tip Press F1 before taking a picture so it hies the cross-hairs and the GUI
Thanks for the tip, I'll try that next time
