Introduction

I'm writing a logbook about my adventures in the world I made in Minecraft (Triica), so you all get to enjoy my adventures with me. This will be part 2

Kabouters logbook in the world Triica - Day 2

This day I woke up, feeling quite fit and ready for the next step on making my living here. The fact is: I only have a few apples to live on, unless I kill the sheep. I'd rather not do that though. that's why I started to make a farm. I started with putting the iron ore I had found in the furnace, while that was melting I took the time to make a hoe, For the moment I'm satisfied with a stone hoe, although it might break soon I think it will hold for this farm at the moment. When I finished I took a look at the furnace, luckily enough there was at least some iron melted so I could take some ingots out of the furnace and got to work. A little while later I had a bucket! Proud of my work, it was my first attempt at a bucket and it looked very good in my eyes, I went for a little walk to the ocean. On my way there I cut down some grass and got a few extra seeds as a reward, those will come in handy later on. At the ocean I filled my bucket and headed back for home, the bucket didn't leak or anything like that, so I got home with I bucketload of water. After eating another apple I dug a hole in which I emptied the bucket and went on to plow the field. After some experimenting I found out that the water somehow seeped through quite an area of land, as it turns out I was able to make one ginormous farm. After all that work I took a few minutes rest and ate another apple. Feeling refreshed I carried on and planted the seeds, almost ready! I went back into the house and took some time making fences. Now I have a nice growing farm of wheat and I protected it against the sheep, satisfied I took a bite out of yet another apple, I'll be glad when I'm able to make some bread.

I started to do some thinking: I would really like it if my time here was not only filled with making bread and just simply "survive", I'd like to make something nice while I'm living here and I happen to have some affinity with wool. It would therefore be nice to catch a few of these sheep I keep encountering and make some colorful rugs and paintings. I'll need to make paints for that as well. Unfortunately the animals haven't got that much of an interest in me, ow yeah, they'll get in the way when I want to chop down wood, but when I want to take one home, they suddenly lose any kind of affinity with being around me, so it seems I need a little bait. After some thinking I decided to try it with wheat, but that will take some waiting, since those aren't fully grown yet. That however seems not to be so much of a problem since I have to make a fence first anyway. Because I used up all the wood making fences for my wheat-farm I'll head up to the forest again with some axes. I've been there for hours cutting down trees and chopping the wood into workable pieces. After carrying all this wood home, I was exhausted and went straight to bed. Although... not before noticing that my wheat was fully grown now. I'm sure I'll make good process tomorrow, but for now I have to sleep
