"Blame Paril!" is a rather common phrase amongst us that have been on PMC for a while and are common visitors to PMC Chat. It's no surprise that everyone knows of this rule, yet it's not listed on PMC rules. That's simply because it's such a common term that it's almost instinctual to blame him for anything and every........ well almost everything.
It's not because we all are against him. It's because he's Paril and there's no denying it! He just can't help being the one to blame for everything that goes wrong. He's like the Absol, the Bad Luck Chuck, and even the absolute #1 person to blame in chat. So in any instance....... blame Paril. Yes, even for this very blog, blame him for it.
