Life can be like a light switch.
Sometimes it's beautiful and full of life
Sometimes it's dark and full of lost hope

when the light switch comes off, likely electricity has gone away
Your hope has gone away

But do you know what people use to light up their homes in the darkness?
Candles.

No matter how many times the lightswitch turns off
There will always be a candle

Whether it is being held by you, a friend, or a family memeber
There will always be a candle

The candle is hope
It's small flame flickering in the never ending darkness

It's telling you that you can navigate the darkness
And find the light switch
And turn it on again.

This wasn't intended to be a submission for feeling frosty community event, but eventually I decided I would submit it as one due to the fact Christmas is kind of about hope and light and family to me so this might have been a bit more personal but overall I really enjoyed making it and I hope this helped you and brought you hope this holiday season!
