I want to make the Nether great again!

It would be very cool to make the Nether a place in minecraft wich really can be interesting. Apart from finding Nether-Quartz, Glowstone or Nether-Fortresses and just traveling, Nether-Sort-Of-Dungeons would be very cool but not with normal Spawners and normal loot. It would be Nether-Spawners, that spawn Blazes, Endermen, Magma Cubes and Nether-Skelletons. I also thinked about a special Mob for those sort of dungeons, it would like a Devil (with horns, red eyes and a tail) and would be rare. It could fly and like Ghasts they could shoot fireballs, they also could spawn little "Helpers" like the Evoker and the Vex. Normal loot would be (in an uncommon dungeon) something like this:
- Dark Bones (from Nether-Skelletons), which could be crafted into dark bone meal which wouldn't work on normal plants, it would only work on Nether-Wart
- Dark Souls (no pun intended), could be dropped from Nether-Skelletons and Ghasts, could be used for potions, potion would be: Dark Potion. It would give you the abillity to give everyone you beat with a sword, the Wither-Effect for 45 sec.
- Blaze Powder and Blaze Rods
- Some Nether Wart
- Soul Sand
- Gold
- Diamonds (rare)
- Emeralds
- Wither-Skelleton head (rare)
- Devoker (the Devil-Like creature) head (only in Devoker spawners and rare)

And just for fun:
- (but rare) A bone named 'Dinnerbone'
- (but rare) Herobrine head
These would be like an easter egg

Now I will tell you about the names and the look of the dungeon. The name of the Devil-Ghast-Evoker inspired creature would be (if connect to the overworld) Devoker or (if any other deadly sounding name) Dease, Lucius or Lucival. The dungeon would be built out of more reddish sort of Nether-Bricks and I think it would have some poisoned "Nether-Grass" and "Nether-Vines" on it's floor and the walls. I think it should be a little bigger than the normal Minecraft-Spawner-Dungeon, like two or three blocks. It would spawn rare on the "Overworld" of the Nether and uncommon underground in the Nether.

The lava and the vines in the image represent the poisoned grass and vines. The beacon represents the spawner.
