The maturity of the "Staff" on minecraft public servers has been really getting to me lately.
I am bombarded with 11-14 year old kids hosting servers and being incredibly rude. Not saying that
being young makes you mean, but ill give you an example.

I met an admin and finally found a base that i was going to raid, but i got the great idea to show the admin what i had found.
i TP him to me and he then proceeds to take all my loot from the chests that I FOUND, then kills me.
Remember, this is an admin. My first thought, Joke. nope. he was dead serious. he first denied taking my loot,
then later denied ever killing me, then finally said he took my loot, but didnt kill me.

What the Heck?
I thought staff were supposed to help, encourage and motivate people to play their server. Appearently not.
this has happened many times now.
SO... my point in writing this whole blog is to say:
1. If you are a server over: DONT promote idiots, even if they are your friend.
2. if you are an admin/staff/owner BE NICE!! if you ever want your server to grow.
3. dont support servers with shit staff.
