Hello! Its Ash, or Autumflowers, as my new Deviant art page is! I'm here to bring you some micro stories from my English class. This blog will be updated.
Thanks for taking a lookie-see! Please do not copy my stories or art work in any way.
His short, brown hair, and average height fooled most people. They passed him in the halls, he seemed to fade into the crowd, unseen and forgotten. But his eyes, those deep, gleaming, emerald green eyes, they showed another side of him.
I shivered as his eyes landed upon mine, our destinies crossing for this single fateful moment, and I was plunged into the encompassing forest of his eyes… his soul. The wisdom that shone from them, oh, how hard it was to believe he was only a child, it seemed to seep from his overcome eyes.
As a teenager of eighteen I had known many hardships, many a night spent in despair, days full of sorrow. But this child, the weight of knowing seemed to sink into his soul, as if his twelve or thirteen years of life had already seen too much. I tore my gaze, glimmering with emotion, away from his scalding jade glare, I stumbled away from him, stunned.
Information on micro stories
We learned in English that a story 5 - 10 sentences long is considered a 'micro story.' A story that is more then 10 sentences long to a page, no more, is considered a 'flash story.' (Most of my writing) There are two or three more but those are the stories that I write so that's what you need to know!

All thoughts of helping the green-eyed sage had deserted me;
For a child so young should not know the pain.
