Hello people of PMC for this weeks report we have a story from an IHOP in Florida of all places where a lady who worked there for 13 years was fired for simply giving a homeless man a meal. On Sunday the man came to the store and said he was hungry but he was unable to pay so she decided to pay for his meal herself. After feeding the man she decided to tell her manager and she was surprised to see that he was more worried about the fact that it might “cause a loitering problem and potential safety issue”. The man later came back again with a family who paid for his meal and on Tuesday she received a call from her manager telling her she was fired when she aske why he simply said it was customer policy. After she called the WFLA sje recoeved a call from IHOP corporate office and they payed her for the days she was absent since the day she was fired. To quote the quote in the article ““We are committed to providing an inclusive environment, welcome to everyone. As we actively investigate this situation, we will utilize this as an opportunity to train our employees on how to approach instances surrounding food insecurity,” Dan Enea, CEO of Sunshine Restaurant Partners, which operates more than 150 IHOP locations, said in a statement.” Hughes the server who was friends says that she still hasnt decided wether she will go back to work at IHOP. What would you guys do in that situation would you have payed for the guys food would you have sued the manager?
Next we have quite the heroic story in Canada where in the town of Fort Severn in which a man and his wife left their home to go look for the dogs. Once they were in the driveway a polar bear jumped at the woman she threw herself to the ground and then her husband jumped on top of the bear to attempt to fight it off. A neighbor promptly arrived and shot the bear multiple times and it ran off to the nearby woods and died of its injuries. The man however did not die of his injuries although incredibley serious. Alysa McCall a director of conservation stated that polar bears usualy only go deeper inland when they are hungry and hunger was probably the cause of the attack. Before were get into the interview I have a serious question would you jump at a bear to save your gf or bf or family member?
And to end off this weeks report we have an interview with Etnibor potentially one of the best skinners on PMC if not ever. Anyways ima stop glazing lets get into it (I also learned a bit from this interview when it comes to making good questions and waiting for people to finish responding in case they have more to say. Since so far all my interviews have been via chat eventually I plan on doing some via voice but who knows when thatll be.) :

Etnibor: I have a dog, that’s all.
Me: Nice. Which is better dogs or cats theres only one right answer?
Etnibor: I have always preferred dogs, but I udnerstand pros and cons for both.
Me: Good man the answer is indeed both. Whats youre favorite animal and why (if not ur dog)?
Etnibor: I’d probably say Tigers, and thats for kind of a personal reason.
Me: Oooh interesting. Out of all the wild cats I’d say I like snow leadpords the most or tigers aswell. Do you listen to any music and if yes what your favorite genre or musician?
Etnibor: I like Alternative Rock.
Me: Alright. I do not know anything about that but if its similar to rock ill probably enjoy it. Do you watch any movies or shows/anime if yes whats your fav or one that your’e currently watching?
Etnibor: I stick to mostly DC, Marvel, and Star Wars. I just finished Superman & Louis Season 4 today.
Me: Would you recommend it to someone?
Etnibor: Oh absolutely. Possibly the best Live-Action take on Superman.
Me: Alright I might watch it then. Do you read if yeah whats your favorite genre or series?
Etnibor: I do not read much at all, I dont enjoy it.
Me: Not even comics from DC or Marvel?
Etnibor: No, I’ve tried to get into it and I just can’t.
Me: Understandable. I usualy listen to audiobooks rather than read unless its a comic so I understand. What are some goals that you have.
Etnibor: I’ve honestly already achieved a lot of my goals, I’m pretty content with where I am at right now.
Me: Thats pretty good. Whats yone of your greatest accomplishments in your opinion?
Etnibor: Just being able to support myself and not have to rely on friends and family or have to live paycheck to paycheck.
Me: Life Goals fr Im a child so I aint got a choice currently. (16) Whats your dream job? If it isnt the one your in already?
Etnibor: Ah, fair enough. Today it is very difficult to get your feet under you.
Me: So Ive heard any tips for anyone tryna support themself by themselves once theyre of that age?
Etnibor: I don’t really have a dream, I just want to be able to support myself comfortably and some day a family. Right now I can support myself just fine, so I am content.
Me: Pretty good pretty good
Etnibor: If you focus on how bad things are, it'll never get better. Keep a positive attitude and lean on those you trust. Things won't always get better, but if you can find joy in chaos you'll be ok.
Me: My boy out here giving unexpected life advice in the interview lol. Alright onto the next question any hobbies aside from skin making?
Etnibor: I find not enough people go back and try to help those with less or different experience. So I try to where I can without being forceful. I enjoy some videogames, but very few nowadays. I mostly just enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also collect LEGO and action figures, but I am trying to save money so I have been doing that less. I am also just trying to be less materialistic.
Me: Thats cool now for a question somewhat related to your art lol. If you could have any power what would it be? It could be the most niche random thing.
Etnibor: Teleportation, hands down!
Me: Alright I havent seend a lego in a good while but they are indeed very fun. Elaborate on why teleportation whys it hands down?
Etnibor: I could sell my car, stop paying for gas, and get wherever I need to go in the blink of an eye. It would make life easier and more convenient.
Me: True very true. Aight onto the next one. You have 3 wishes you can wish for anything except more wishes wutcha wishing for?
Etnibor: Hmm, I really don't know. I'm pretty content. I would probably wish for better living conditions for the world as a whole and try to make things easier for people. Get more time to interact and make a difference.
Me: I respect your empathy. I find that alot of people are selfish now and days without meaning too or on purpose maliscuosly. I appreciate it good sir.
Etnibor: Selfishness doesnt even beneift you in the long run. So why waste that time. I wish more people understood that.
Me: Before we continue on the more relevant questions do you have any questions for me?
Etnibor: I can’t think of anything right off the top of my head, but if you have anything you want to say or have answered I’m ready to listen.
Me: Alright lets get into it then when did you first start making skins?
Etnibor: I don't know when I actually started. It was before the 128x128 format, so probably around 2016. I started out like everyone else though, by taking someone else's work, getting fussed at for stealing, taking everything down, starting over from scratch. Started out with really bad skins back in 2019, and slowly got better over the years.
Me: Wow for whatever reason I expected you only made 128 skins even when only 64 skin existed lol. When did you start making bases to help make your skins?
Etnibor: I made everything from scratch up until probably 2021.
Me: Did you post those aswell? I only started posting skins once I made myself a base I changed it over time obviously.
Etnibor: I did, but I take stuff down that I am no longer happy with and try to keep my most recent work available.
Me: (Someone make Etnibor Archives hurry lol) Alright whats your favorite skin from the ones youve made?
Etnibor : I think it is probably my Andrew Garfield Spider-Man.
Me: Pretty crisp. Why is it your fav design or is their a more deep reason?
Etnibor : Or my Empire Strikes Back Darth Vader. Those are some of my favorite characters, and some of the most accurate designs I’ve made, in my opinion.
Me: Thats one of my fav vader skins. Was their a skin maker who inspired youre style?
Etnibor: Definitely Bjohnno7567 and Crqw. I also took some inspiration from the STAR WARS Mash-up Pack. The rest is just me.
Me: I can see why their skins are great. How are you able to make so many good skins with minimal use of the second layer?
Etnibor: I focus mainly on the most defining traits of a design. If I squint and cannot see a detail on a design, it probably should not be part of my design. If I also cannot squint and recognize my own skin as that design I probably need to start over. The second layer tends to just muddy up a design and skew it at different angles.
Me: I can see that I might use that advice later. I heard you stopped playing minecraft and just made skins for the fun of it when was that change? Do you still play minecraft or did you stop completely?
Etnibor: I’ll play from time to time, but after Microsoft acquired it, it feels like I am always playing with mods. It’s just not the same.
Me: Mmm. Welp glad you still play understandable I have the opposite feeling though since I used to play with mods but now they removed holiday creature features so none of the good mods outside of the marketplace work.
Etnibor: Yeah I preferred when mods were mods, and I could just play the simple game and pick it up whenever I wanted. Now there is just too much to remember to play casually.
Me: On a skin you made a few days or weeks ago you said that you were trying to spread yourself out on the characters you were making? Do you know what other series you plan on making skins from aside from invincible?
Etnibor: I've thought about TMNT and more Transformers, but not much else. I'd like to stick mostly to DC, Marvel, & Star Wars because it is what I know best and it's what others expect from me at this point.
Me: Oooh I cant wait for TMNT and more Transformers stuff. I was watching the original TMNT a few weeks ago some of the humor surprised me. Do you plan on making original characters and have you already posted original characters?
Etnibor: Yeah, It;s pretty funny. I still haven’t decided which TMNT I want to make though. I have made some custom designs before, but I don't like to do it often. I find I am much better at adapting a design than making my own.
Me: Well I cant wait to see which you chose I was raised on the 2002 TMNT and the one from Nickelodeon. I feelya its hard to come up with an original design especially executing it correctly.
Etnibor: It is, and I find that most people aren't looking for customs. Most of the time when someone is looking for a skin they are looking for a specific version.
Me: True very true. Thats probably why skinseed is infested with those darn copy and paste emo skins.
Etnibor: Yep I really wish there was more moderation there.
Me: Facts but what can we do. Anyways now time for a somewhat controversial question which is better Marvel or DC?
Etnibor: I think DC is better in most ways except for there movies. DC villains are better, the games are better, the tv shows are kind of half and half. Marvel made it big with the MCU, but all these characters were not popular until the MCU. Marvel's biggest heroes were Hulk, Spider-Man, and Wolverine.
Me: Alright ive yet to form an opinion even though im a big fan of both I feel like I haven’t watched enough content from both to make an opinion. Final question sadly do you make other forms of art aside from your skins?
Etnibor: I have painted some of my action figures and ahd social media pages but I dont ahve time for it anymore and took everything down.
