Hello everyone! Today I will be showing you how to build an unraidable base in minecraft factions. If you don't know what factions are it is basically clans, in which you raid and have wars with other factions. *DISCLAIMER* No base is 100% "unraidable" because of hacks,glitches, and other things in that nature.

1. Step one is to dig down to bedrock. Preferable under an ocean.
   
2. Step two is to dig out an cube that is about 10x10x10 give or take a few.
   
3. Next you should fill all the sides of this cube with obsidian. Note that obsidian is usually hard to get so this could take a awhile.
   
4. Some servers have a plugin called "obsidian destroyed" which allows obsidian to be destroyed with a certain amount of TNT.
   
5. To prevent this you should always cover your obsidian in a layer of water. The water prevents the TNT from doing any damage to the obsidian.
   

These steps are a must to make a good base. To make an unraidable base we must take it further.

1. Create another obsidian cube around the other obsidian cube and the layer of water for extra protection. Note that inside the first layer of obsidian will be where you keep your chests and where you stay.
   
2. Next put another layer of water around the outer layer of obsidian for full protection!!!
   
3. Finally put a layer of lava on top of your base to prevent v-clippers.
   

Now that you know how to make an unraidable base here are some dos and donts.

DO cover your chests with blocks. Even if people do get into your base the blocks over your chests will keep the items safe :)
DO claim a lot of land around it. if people attempt to raid your base it is better to have their TNT cannon far far away from your base.
DONT make a base to look "pretty". It doesn't matter how your base looks. All that matters is that your items are safe.
DONT invite people that you don't trust into your faction. This can result in all of your items stolen and your base destroyed.
