This is a tutorial for those of you guy dont know how to get heads in minecraft:

Command: Give (playername) skull 1 3 {SkullOwner: (i will list them down there)}

These are the heads that you can get:

Playername: type a existed player name for example if you type in Notch it will give you a Notch head.
