Hello once again loyal subscribers, and welcome newcomers! Since I myself am a vegetarian and with the popularity of nonlethal options in games like Metal Gear Solid and Dishonored, I decided it might be fun to try the same thing in Minecraft. The goal is to raise awareness for animal rights and have fun doing so. I'm not suggesting you stop killing creepers, they deserve to be chopped up into tiny pieces. But those adorable cows with big eyes never did anything to you. So I present you with Pixel's Minecraft Vegetarian Challenge, adding a new twist and making the game more challenging. I will post a daily blog about my experiences with this challenge, and you are welcome to do so as well, so long as you give me credit! If you don't want to miss out on an entry in the blog series I highly suggest you subscribe. You can also follow me on twitter "@Pixelated88" to know when a new blog entry is out. Rules:
1. No killing peaceful mobs, these are cows, mooshrooms, chickens, pigs, sheep, wolves, ocelots, tamed cats, and the newly added bats. This includes no fishing!
2. You must start this challenge on a newly generated world.
3. No consuming meat received from chests, villagers, etc.
4. If you kill a peaceful mob or eat any meat you MUST start the challenge over.
5. Points are rewarded for each successful day as a vegetarian, 1 in-game day is 1 point. I will include a leader board on this posting.
6. Participants will receive special recognition on this posting, as well as a free skin of their choice (for surviving one in game month as a vegetarian) created by yours truly.
