Ok, so as most all of you know, Mineplex is one of the most popular minecraft servers in the world.

First I am gonna state the Pros

1. There are a lot of fun minigames
   
2. You can always make a new friend
   
3. There are a ton of fun cosmetics you can find/buy
   

Cons

1. There are a lot of hackers
   
2. Staff won't always help
   
3. There's a lot of lag
   

There are 4 different categories of games. There is Arcade, Classics, Survival, and Champions

Let's start with Champions

1. Capture the Flag is where there is 2 teams, red and blue, and you have to capture the flag from the other teams side without dying, your still respawn.
   
2. Team Death Match is where there is the same 2 teams, but you dont respawn and the object is to kill all the opposing team.
   
3. Dominate is a game with 5 capture points, the first team to capture all 5 win. You respawn.
   
4. Clans is a mineplex twist of factions but with stuff from other Champions games in it.
   

Ok, so let's get onto classical

1. Super Smash Mobs is a game to where you pick out of different animal kits to battle, each has different powers and you have 4 lives.
   
2. Speed Builders is a game that you have 40 seconds to complete this small build every round the person that gets it the least right is out, last one standing wins
   
3. Master Builders is where you have 4 minutes to build something that it tells you. After the 4 minutes you go to the other people's builds and vote on them, whoever gets the best vid win
   
4. Block Hunt is where there are Hunters and Hiders, the Hiders are players that are disguised as blocks and have to stay away from the hunters, if the hunters get them they become a hunter to.
   
5. Minestrike is pretty much CS:GO in minecraft, it is 1.8+ only game.
   
6. Draw My Thing is where you go up to a huge board and it still tell you what to draw. The people who are watching have to guess what it is and the person who guess the best at the end of the game wins
   
7. Castle Siege is where players must fight each other on opposing teams on the Defenders and Undead team; the former must protect their king from the Undead, while the latter must kill the king before sunrise.
   

Now Survival

1. Survival Games is a game where you gather lit and fight, you can not break blocks and you don't respawn. The last person standing wins
   
2. Bridges is where you have 10 minutes on an island to prepare with your team, there are four teams and the max of 40 players in the game.
   
3. Skywars is a game where you down on a small island and you immediately get stuff because you can fight right away. If you go to the middle you can get better loot. You don't respawn and the last person standing wins
   
4. Ultra Hardcore is where you are on a regular map and you gather loot and everything. There is no chests and the last person standing wins.
   
5. Wizards is a game that you get spells in chests and battle with the spells.
   

I am not going to go through the Arcade games 1 by 1 because there are 10 if not more. But the Arcade section consists of games that last around five minutes and some games you will respawn and some you won't.
