Hey guys, me here to post about how to run a successful faction!

Stage one: Recruitment

Recruitment is how you start a faction. You need people that are decent at: Archery, PvP, and Building. Builders will build the base and such. Archers shall get their bows and arrows, and go hunting with swords for more arrows. PvPers will get swords, and they shall practice pvp versus other people, giving each others stuff back.

Stage two: Battle Prep.

Battle prep (preparation) is how to get ready for battle. You must go mining for minerals like, diamonds, iron, and gold. With these, make armour, and swords. Also, you must send pvpers and archers out to get xp, so they can enchant armour and swords.

Stage three: In Battle

While in battle make sure you have Armour, swords, bows, and arrows. Hit them in the head as much as possible, and make sure they don't gang up on you. If you are about to die, sprint away and wait fr your hearts to heal. Then when you come back, just go after the nearest person or someone who is teaming with someone else on one of your men.

Stage Four: Adding On

Make sure, when you are recruiting more people, you have a head of building, pvping, and archery. Make sure that they run it by you before they let someone in, or they may let someone who isn't even good at it in.
