Hello good sirs/madams. Ever since I saw a player with a minecon cape on my server, I've been searching for a method of cape-getting for the common man/woman. Then, scrolling through the popular mods list on PMC, I found it. THE SMP CAPES MOD!
I know that there are a lot of capes mods circulating around teh interwebs, and having tried a few, I've came to the conclusion that this mod trumps them all. It's extremely easy to install (there's only one class file), and you get your cape quickly. All you have to do is make one, and then put it in Zaphod's dropbox. Through some arcane process, you cape will magically appear in around 1-24 hours. Zaphod is extremely efficient, and I managed to get my cape in less than a day (One time I got it INSTANTLY).
