Recently, I have been seeing TONS of reposts on PMC. Once I flag them, The next day I come back, It is now on the popular page!
Here are a number of things that we can do for the PMC modding community:
1). Post your own mods! Be creative and do not post other people's!
2). Once sombody comments on your mod saying: "This is not yours, Flagging", When it gets removed, Do not send them a PM saying "I hate you" or "wth dude that was all mine i programmed it". ( Yes, I did have a experience with that)
3). Try to post somthing UNIQUE! We want this website to be unique, so post mods that nobody has made before!
4).<<IMPORTANT>> Constructive Criticism. I have seen people with their first mod that is like this "Cake drops cake" But then some troll comes along and says: This mod sucks, Get off pmc bro. You should say this: Once you become more advanced, Can you make it so it drops 9 cake slices that are edible and portable? That would make my day! Hope this comes along! That is constructive Criticism!
5). Post a picture that has to do with the mod, Not a picture of you getting killed by a zombie or somthing.
6). Take your time with the mod! Make it unique! dont rush it! It is not a race or contest for EXP!
7). Do not let ANYONE stand in your way of making mods! If it is a trolling moderator, Do not let that slow you down either!
8). Have fun with your mods! Expirement with it! Make whatever you want!
9). If it is a mod you want to keep private and you posted a blog about it, Just say no! It is going to be private!
10). Always celebrate after your big, new mod is complete!
This is a good list about Modding on PMC.
Why do not these things get removed!?: It is because they just gave CREDIT. Still, Just make your own mods!
