Enforcing a well-written, clear and transparent EULA could make MineCraft servers, mods, skins, resource packs better. Enforcement of Mojang's End User License Agreement is NOT the end of
MineCraft servers! It's the beginning of something much safer &
healthier for servers, players, mod makers, skin crafters! That is, as
soon as Mojang announces a clear, transparent and detailed EULA &
TOS that set it all out for us?

Exactly its a DONATION not selling or charging and they have no right to tell a server owner how to thank someone giving the server a donation.

It kind of is, the end of almost every server. you can not get money from donations. This means that sevrers can no longer keep up with the bill from the hosting and website/ plugins ect.

Correction: Term "Donation" is giving with no intent of Returns, Furthermore, not every single form of earning money will be counted out. Infact around 90% of server owners will be unaffected/barely affected by this. Its being blown way out of proportion.

Yea, my skype is going mental. I mean its not just server owners being effected, it is server players, members, and even us Resource pack designs (for servers). Im not upset. Infact i'm not too bothered atm, Im sure mojang will come up with a solution. But the DDoss last night didn't help anything, infact if anything it made it worse.
