What if there were more village houses that have a chance to spawn?
A few I can think of are:

A fishery: A small building with on open doorway. It would only spawn on the side of a wood plank walkway. Since wood walkways are rarer the fishery would have a smaller chance of spawning, thus they would have a loot chest with the same loot as a blacksmith shop but it would have an 100% chance of spawning with 2 or more fish.

A mine: A medium building like the library but it has a shaft with 2 ladders leading to the bedrock or if another thing stops it such as a mine shaft, stronghold, or cave.

A greenhouse: wood plank walls on 2 sides with a glass roof, other 2 walls would be open. It would be like a farm but would have chances of spawning different things like pumpkins or flowers. Each plant in minecraft would have the same chance of spawning but vines would have a lower chance. It would have a pathway of wood planks in the middle.

A shop: A 2 story house the size of 8 small houses stacked into a cube with stone brick walls and a flat wood plank roof, lower story would have bigger windows like a library. More modern than other buildings in a village and would have a double chest with random wood objects.
