Depending on what I like I recommend Daft Punk, Woodkid, Lindsey Stirling, Darius, Pegboard Nerds, Pomplamoose, Sun Stroke Project (maybe), I have a bunch more I listen to, I love instrumental. You should look up ThePianoGuys on youtube, they mostly have instrumental but some songs have vocal versions. :)

My brother loves ThePianoGuys - They're not my favourite, but they're pretty awesome. I'll look up the other's you've mentioned, next time I'm on a music kick. ;)

Just that Pop isn't my favorite and that's what most girls listen to these days, so I'm not sure how much my taste will fit you. lol
