It all started here, on the site we know as PlanetMinecraft.
I found this site at the age of 12, and of course, started playing Minecraft around this age as well. I remember being so excited to finally get a digital copy of the game, and I hopped right into my first world. I was amazed to see the endless amount of possibilities that the game held. Of course, this feeling of fun & content only lasted for a short while. That's when I found PMC. Back in 2012, I still remember it as being the friendliest community that I've ever been apart of. It was a safe community, one where all were welcomed. The staff members took care of that, and I can't ever thank them enough for creating such a warm and welcoming community for not only me, but everyone to enjoy. PMC defined a section of my life, and I am so happy that it did. It allowed me to mature, grow, and outreach my skills as a writer, content creator, etc.
So, of course, as any normal member of the site would do, I started creating content. I started off with really *cough* awful, skins. But hey, everyone started somewhere on this site right? Anywho, I then moved on to botched parkour maps, and then to decent blogs. Around mid 2013, up to 2015, I began having a mix of both blogs & projects on my profile. I was extremely happy with the way my profile was going, I was constantly growing in subscribers & support, and gaining new friends as well. If I wasn't in the chat room, I was either asleep, or away from my computer. The chat room was such a great place to just hang around, meet new people, discuss ideas, content, constructively criticize other's work, and much more. Hey, I even proposed to Charlizard in the chat (he said yes by the way if any of you were wondering.)
This happy period didn't last for too long though. Slowly, I was corrupted by the thoughts of popularity, fame, and greed. I started caring more about my sub count, then the actual content I was putting out. I recently went back through all my blogs, and read almost all of them. I was disgusted with myself. I labeled myself as "famous", when I was quite far from it. It was a title that made me feel secure, and wanted, in a community where fame is not what it's all about. I deleted those blogs, making sure that they were erased from my profile forever, so that I may never ever revert to a time where I thought fame was an importance to my content.
So, I then went into Highschool, life got more busy, relationships started forming, and I slowly lost my touch with PMC. I went through extreme hardships in my life, ones that I'll never forget. But, the time that I've spent away from PMC, has honestly been for the best. I have matured, and grown into a human being that I can honestly say I am proud of. Now, at this point, I feel ready to come back to a community I once longed to see after a long day at school. I want to make you all laugh, smile, and be joyful while viewing my profile. I want to be able to be a source that cheers up your day when it's been gloomy. I want to be a member of the site that you're able to go to no matter what time it is, and talk for hours about what's bothering you. I want to be helpful, loyal, and honest with all of my subscribers, and members of the site. I want to forge new friendships again, and get to know the community that I've been apart from for so long.
So, let's start off this return on the right foot.
