Okay, so, festivities are cool but..

So October ended about a week ago, right?

After I came home from going trick or treating, I watched some TV and what did I see? The first ad for Christmas...

THEY DO THIS EVERY YEAR!!

It's only November and shops are already doing discounts and selling X-mas: sweaters, socks, advent calendars, toys..
I find it crazy.

And also, I've seen people that were anti-catholic, LITERALLY. celebrating X-mas... Ehem* X-mas is Jesus Christ's birthday.

Also sorry for people who have a religion where they don't celebrate X-mas, I won't be able to, for example, explain Hanukkah, due to my lack of culture.

What about New Year's eve, Halloween, Easter, Valentine's day, etc. ?

New Year's eve :

I hate it when you invited people over and when they go home before it's midnight they say:
See you next year!

And the next day:
How's it been going since last year?

Never lived that? Lucky.

Halloween:

Halloween's pretty cool but...

-some people say they don't have candy just so you don't knock
-some people say they have a sleeping baby just so you don't knock
-some people say "I forgot"
-some people say "I don't have any, you should've came yesterday"
YESTERDAY WASN'T HALLOWEEN.
-some people say "Aren't you a bit too old to be trick or treating?"
BISH LEMME DO MY LIFE.

Also, carving pumpkins is cool. Though, I saw a video of a girl getting her head stuck in a pumpkin.

Easter:

Where I live, if you're older than 10, you can't go looking for eggs.
FU STUPID RULES I WANT CHOCOLATE.

Again, sorry for caps. I just love me some chocolate ;-;

Valentine's day:

So in my country we learn english. So it was close to Valentine's day and our teacher (we were 10) made us do cards for our valentine while making our english level better. Me and my bff gave each other our cards. No-one else gave us cards.
