Mysterious Shrine Fountain

I found a fountain thing. I will attach a file, a picture, the world seed, and finally the coordinates.
If you think I'm bluffing look at the evidence. This works with or without village generation. Try it before you douchebag it up

Seed = 66145

Coords
X=725
Z =-59
Do i really need a Y coordinate? its obviously above ground. Please give me some feedback on what you think this might be.

oh yeah, i have run into those when i was looking for my house! It must just of got there when the map was making it's self.
It must be a villege water well, that means there's a villege near by because i found a villege near it when i found mine!

A: This was made of sandstone and looked like no village well i'd ever seen
B: If you read the blog, then you would know that this isnt part of a village because you can still find it without village generation.

oh no that was in update 1.2.0 in the desert or near npc villages i think there are wells that have water in them it's not some sort if herbrine shrine or something

I spent about ten minutes looking for a village near it but im still happy to see that others have found it. i really hope this is part of a future update. Also this isn't part of a village. i said in the article that it works with or without structure generation. It does make me wonder, though, when Jeb said that herobrine doesn't exist... Yet. if they did add him, would they put it in the dev blog?
