I've made this for my admins and put it on PMC for them to read, but if you come across this, feel free to adopt it for yourselves.

To make all admins the same and eliminate abuse, all admins must strictly follow the rules of punishment listed below. If all admins follow these rules, and a player doesno t like them, tell them to talk to me.
Minging o
Minging being a short chat spam, being quite annoying, or breaking a minor rule.
1st Offense = Warning 2nd Offense = 10 Minutes in Jail 3rd Offense = 2hour Temp Ban. If it continues, proceed to trolling.
Trolling is either a large chat spam, direct insults, or the breaking of a fairly important rule.
1st Offense = 15 Minutes in Jail 2nd Offense = One hour temp ban. 3rd Offense = 6hour temp ban.
SuperTrolling includes major things such as hacking, multiple account spaming, constant insults to the point where the whole server is affected, and straight-out cheating.
1st Offense 8 Hours In Jail. 2nd = LifeTime-Ban
I just hope that all admins will follow this guide as closely as they can. This will allow us to create a united front as administrators. No one can say one admin is better than another because they will all follow the same code. After every lifetime ban, include this message at the end o You can appeal your ban at TTPF.freefourm.org

I figure that with the stakes that high nobody wants to break a major rule, and you only get one "free" minor rule break. It's worked so far, me and my mods have handed out a few warnings but never had to go higher than that.
