Optifine Review

I've never really been a person who liked to download a whole bunch of things to his computer. I've never even downloaded a real mod! Previous things set aside, my friend urged me to download Optifine. Since I've downloaded it, my Minecraft has run so much faster! I used to get the occasional 4 FPS, which was miserable, but now I'm getting 25 FPS or higher most of the time. I wish I had downloaded it earlier! Optifine is a great mod and it really speeds you up, plus you shouldn't need MCpatcher anymore. (At least, not for the texture packs I have) With lots of extra performance options, like fog and a more specific render distance/smooth lighting feature, it's definitely worth downloading. If your Minecraft is running slower than you'd like it to, try Optifine!
