today i'll be Interviewing arujan

1.So what got you into skinning?
Well, even before I started Minecraft I played a game called Movie Star Planet and I would sit there for 12 hours straight making outfits and experimenting, about a month after I deleted my account I started playing minecraft and I didnt know how to change my skin for the first 3 months. But I finally figured it out and decided to make my skin for myself. be prepared: i.imgur.com/pGsgSPB.png
2.How did you find PMC?
I found PMC from my first boyfriend, he kept getting skins that were shaded really well and I bugged him about it until he told me they were from PMC and he didnt make them, I always thought PMC was for the professionals so I stuck to skindex for about a year, finally I made a PMC and my skins were the worst thing ever, but that isn't whats important!
3.What inspires you to make the skins you make?
Well, I have been on short hiatuses for the past 3 months but when I get the time I try to make a skin. Not to please myself but to please other people. I know it sounds corny but if I didnt have 500+ subscribers I probably wouldnt be skinning.
4.Goals for PMC?
Probably to get to level 50 at some point? Or maybe achieve 1000 subscribers? 20,000 views on a skin? 250 diamonds? The list goes on and on.
5.How long have you been playing/uploading on PMC?
Ive been on PMC since September 2013, but I have had so many accounts that I forget the password to. I've been posting actual shaded skins since maybe April 2014?
6.Do you have haters? if so what would you like to say to them?
I do. I would like to point out that it's just a game, and I'm a person too. I'm not a hypocrite and never will be, and haters back off. *miranda sings reference*
7.Fav skin you've made so far?
I honestly really like my Demeter skin, http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/skin-battle-with-aaron---demeter/, thats probably the skin I'm the most proud of.
8.Fav mob?
I have always had some weird fascination with the Silverfish, I used to think they could breathe and swim underwater and would make giant aquarium tanks with them. Even though I always get killed by them, they look quite adorable so. Yeah. n.n
9.Least fav mob?
I have always hated Creepers, when I started Minecraft on Pocket Edition I saw them and I built up a 5 block high tower with dirt just to stay off the ground away from them. I was probably the biggest noob you could ever meet. They looked like boogers and it made me feel really nauseas just looking at them.
10.How did you find out about Minecraft?
People from school were talking about it, and at that time I was a cheerleader and the kids that were talking about it were nerds and I was just like eww omg weirdos, but then I got the Pocket Edition and I thought it was the best thing ever. So I bought the computer version and now I have no friends. Whatever. Screw reality.
11.What is you favorite thing to do in Minecraft?
I like to play minigames, mostly this game called Ender on thechunk.net because it's pretty much Slenderman but in Minecraft. I also really like messing around with command blocks and redstone.
12.What is your fave block to use in minecraft?
I like using Packed Ice, it looks really cool for some reason.
13.What is your fave minecraft biom?
For some reason I like the desert. No idea why.
14.Where did you come up with your username?
Arujan is my real name. I lived in Kazakhstan until I was 9, and my family were Dutch-Kazakh immigrants. Aru means beautiful in Kazakh, and Jan was my grandmothers name from the Netherlands. It also happens to mean Soul in Kazakh. So my name translates into "beautiful soul." When I moved to America we had to switch our names to an American name, and I picked Skyler, but Arujan has stuck with me for the past 7 years I have lived in America.
