playsound follow player

I have finished making my map which contains custom music.
For those of you who have used the /playsound command will know that if you were to type /playsound custom.whatever @a
it would simply play the sound where the player is standing.
The further the play moves away from where they were when the command was typed, the lower the loudness of the sound gets.

So I looked it up and found that there were almost no people who have created a blog regarding this question.

I aventually found a blog which gave me my answer.
The blog was hard to find and so I have created this one for those of you who have asked this question and have not found an answer.
Also I did not find this trick, I simply found it on a blog which explained how to use it.

The truth is, it is impossible to play a sound to a player and make it follow them.
The only way to do this is to make the sound play anywhere and set its minimum volume to 100.

This would play a sound that can be heard anywhere in the world.
/playsound soundfolder.music @a 1 1 1 100 0 100
