Well im back for another blog and well, im sorry for taking a break without telling you guys, but I was beingo ¦..uhhho ¦..smanrt?

What Is PMC Court?
PMC court is a place where you have a chance to not get banned if you have the right evidence. Now let me start off by asking a person you might know about how he felt when he got banned.
o Yes I have been banned on PMC. Last year near the start when I joined I remixed skins and used parts from Mojang like the Steve skin. I made many steve skins and recoloured ones and after a month or two I got banned for a week and since then I haven't been banned. I was unaware about that I was going to be banned as I never got told about the rules and/or didn't remember them.o -3D
Now 3D was o unawareo and o never got toldo or o didn't remember them.o Now I am not saying what 3D did was good, but he had a reason for doing what he was doing. So after hearing this I had an idea to give PMCo rs a chance at giving their side of the story.
How PMC Court Would Look Like?
So, as you can see it would be a chat lounge. Instead of the people online, it places your evidence files (Right Side). Now, before you get the permission to have a trial you show your evidence to a PMC Court Mod so it is not anything bad, like a virus. Then the PMC Court Mod saves the evidence and when you go to PMC Court it will automatically appear.
Now I added some new rules to the PMC Court. They are just some rules that came off the top of my head, so please do not hold me to them. They are example purposes.
There is also a new legend, it is pretty self explanatory. But o Primary Witnesso is 2 shades of green in case there is more than 1 good witness.
How Would You Get Permission for a hearing?
Well, first you would have to PM a PMC Court Mod, stating your case, and presenting him with valid evidence. Then the PMC Court Judge would have to set up a time for you to be heard. Also, if your really want to get fancy, there could be o Lawyerso that look at the incident very closely and come up with other evidence themselves to help you.

EDIT: It is good that you cant talk while the judge is talking :P
As for the witnesses, we wouldn't need any, since PMC logs everything we say. The "Prosecutor" is the moderator that infracted/banned and we can talk to them anyway via PM and the "Judge" could be another moderator in the case of an unfair ban and the "Prosecutor" still disagreeing. In actual fact, this system is in place but just not in the form that you described it.

perhaps would be carried out with abit more responsibility but never the less would be a tedious task to maintain. it could pile up and the results would be them dropping the system or fast track trials (that could be bad)

on a second note and this applies to an actual court system: ignorance of the law(or in this case "The rules) does not pardon the defendant
in other words: "I did not know" is not excuse as harsh as it may sound and the unfortunate truth is when you created an account you agree to its TOS(the little thing everyone scrolls through and 90% of them never read) as well as the rules being placed out in the forums for all to read (course once again not everyone reads them)
