NOTE: I am typing this on my phone, don't hate if I make a mistake plz. :3 Ok, onto the blog XD

As I have been in PMC for a few months now, I have seen many good skins, texture packs, ect. And until today I have never really payed attention to the "please sub" part at the end. Many people do write "please sub" at the end so people will sub to them (duh! XD) but does that mean that they are only making the skin for the fame and fortune, but not for the fun? I mean, isn't minecraft meant to be fun?

Now, I can relate to wanting to be famous. I think most people would also like to be famous, But the question is; if you are not having fun, what's the point in being famous? Like if you are a famous skinner for example, but you HATE skinning, then what's the point? You could be spending your time doing what you love but instead you have tons of skin requests to finish up - because you are famous!

I don't have much else to say, but please take a moment to think about it; are you doing PMC for the fame, fortune or fun? Anyway, that's all for now! Also, I'm back! Yay! Make sure to leave a comment with you opinion to see more!  And yes, that pic is from my holiday :3 On the side... Hehe

I like making quick skins, it kills time. I hardly get subscribers and just knowing someone likes your work at a certain level that they want more from you just encourages you. It may not be as strong as the subscriber system on youtube, but it is the best thing to receive on PMC.

I do hope people like my skin and people view it and download it, diamond it. Like I said, it is nice to know people apperciate and like your work.

Everyone needs support to do things. It's very rare that you will 100% enjoy during making an 10+ hours project. And support, whatever it is, is indicator you're doing good job, and sub is definitely the biggest thing you can get from an user.
You can hardly talk about fortune in MC. Fun is definitely a good start, but without suport it's nothing.
Don't understand me wrong, but when you spend like less than an hour making a short blog you can hardly see the point of bigger support, while when you spend 20 hours on an project that can't get even 2 diamonds you must loose a will to build (don't  need to mention project that you spend 20 hours on and never get finished because different reasons).

I see your point and respect it completely. I agree that we all need support, but sometimes even the shortest of blogs could be very meaningful and deserve that support. Thank you very much for your opinion on this topic :)

I like shorter blogs rather than long ones, because they get to the point faster and tell what they want. And ofc, short blogs needs support too, all I wanted to say with my comment is that more time than you spent on a project, more support is needed to keep you do whatever you do.
