My friend has been asking me about what QuakeCraft is, so I decided to make this:

Summary
QuakeCraft is a fun, fast-paced, highly competitive minigame on Hypixel's Minigames and Adventure server. You select a map and lobby to play in, wait for other people to join, and then run around shooting at each other with insta-kill railguns that take 1 and a half full seconds (it feels much longer than it is) to reload between shots. There are 10-15 players per game (depending on the map size) and the game ends when someone reaches 25 kills.

Coins
You get 1 coin for every kill, 1 coin for every spree (refer to the video; I get 2 Killing Sprees and a Rampage in the first game I play), and 10 coins for every win. You use the coins to buy hats and other cosmetics (TF2, anyone?), buy upgrades for your Railgun, and DLC maps to play on (currently only 1 DLC map).

Gameplay Mechanics (This can appear complicated to a casual player)
When you fire your Railgun, a firework particle effect shoots out straight in front of you. The fast-moving trail of sparklez is not representative of the actual projectile fired, rather it is an invisible beam; unbending, unaffected by gravity, you right-click and it hits the target instantly, regardless of range. You kill a player by either direct-hitting them somewhere on their hitbox, however I've found that shooting the ground at their feet is more effective at hitting your target (and also easier to do), because sometimes lag can cause you to shoot them directly and nothing happens. This means that the projectile, when fired at a surface, will explode in a small area-of-effect (about the size of a block), making it easier to kill without having to aim directly at someone's body. Also, a Speed II potion effect is applied to all players at the start of a game, and for some reason it takes almost a full second to be applied after a respawn.

I wanna make some corrections. As of now, every kill is 3 coins, and 5 coins for every win. And somehow, after I bought 1.0 trigger, I had 6 coins per kill, as if I had 2x Multiplier forever.
