Would a moderator or site administrator please explain as to why they think theft is ok. Note the submission date on the projects. My project says "11/19/11" and his says "11/22/11". I am utterly outraged at the fact that the mods refuse to remove the stolen project. All he did was change the material and add dispensers. I received no prior comment or message asking for permission, therefore none was given. I flagged it dozens of times, and still nothing.
