After my first succesful skin contest I have decided to make a second contest!
Theme: Scary Teachers
Judges: Only me (Do not ask to be a judge)
When: Entries open 9/7/12 (7/9/12) Entries Close 9/14/12 (14/9/12)
Please make a comment saying you are interested in joining.
Then make the skin and post the link in the comments!
You have to make original skins and you can not use skins you have already uploaded. NEW SKINS ONLY
