'Soon to be Rewritten'
This blog is the 2nd biggest hit for me, and I don't think it is achieving it's potential. I believe that this blog shall be rewritten into another, completely different and more amazing blog. When will it be complete? It will be my next blog! (After 'PMC has Been Overthrown').

Slander
What is Slander?
Slander is basically posting about another user in horrible ways. This can include making a blacklist for servers saying that they are a hacker and should be banned, posting why they suck because you hate them, posting homophobic and racial things about them how they are gay and black, and many, many more.
Think about it:
What would you do if a popular blog was slander against you. For example, you banned a user because he griefed. He got very mad, posted slander about you saying he should be banned from all servers. That blog goes on the pop reel and everyone bans you. Usually slander would be removed by then but think about it.
Try to resist:
If you had your awesome server shut down by a hacker and lost heaps of money, you will rage like hell, but then you might spam PMC about the user. As said in the rules, Slander against another user is not allowed. Try your very hardest to resist telling people about your shut down server. It will be hard but it must be done.
What does it look like:
A blog on slander would look like this in most occasions.
BAN THIS DUMB ****! HE IS A GRIEFER AND A HACKER AND HE SHUT MY SERVER DOWN! BAN HIM FROM YOUR SERVER NOW TO AVOID ALL **** FROM AHPPENING AND WHEN YOU SEE HIM, **** HIS NOSE OFF! KILL HIM!

And heaps of dots to get to 350 characters.
If you see the Slanderman:
If you see slander, just press the flag button, flag it for Other or Inappropriate and say stuff like the blog is slander and stuff. If it is on the forum, do the same thing but report with other. If it is on chat, flag the message. Moderators will come and deal with the Slandermen.

You mentioned in the very beginning that this blog has been a big success for you but you think its underperforming. Those 1700 views are nothing to skoff at and it counts both PMC members and non members, so 57 diamonds relative to that number isn't as bad as one may assume.
On the subject of slandering, I just flagged a guy today for slandering a server.
