Hey guys you may be like why doesn't " &4Welcome to {servername}! " Work? Well I am not sure why it dont work but guess what!? That doesn't matter anymore since instead of the " & " you can use " \u00A7 " you may be like well no dude your a liar. Well I am not, try it yourself! So technically it will be like this when you use that instead of " & " " Welcome to {servername}! "

1.8 SERVER
So simply go download this spigot: Spigot 1.8,  it will tell you that it's a " craftbukkit 1.8 " but it's actually spigot people. When you downloaded it drag it into your folder that you have created named whatever you want. Then rename it to " Craftbukkit " now create a text document inside your folder and put this text into it:

java -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true
PAUSE

Now simply click save as -> then choose all files -> and save it with name of Console.bat. Then run the " Console " and you will be like wait why does it stop. Just press any button and edit the the document that gets created named " eula " just edit it and you will see at the bottom it saying " eula=false " change it to " eula=true " run your server again and then bam you got a 1.8 server running. You will need to portforward but I will tell you how to do that any other time.
