It all starts at the moment you get Minecraft. Once you start playing, you're addicted (Keep calm this is perfectly normal). As you play more, you just can't STOP playing. In no time, you're on your computer all day. Anyway according to some science dude, staying on your computer all day isn't healthy and blah blah blah. So here are some tips to get you out of the house:

Level 1: First step to being a healthy, happy person

- Force yourself to look outside on a great day.

- Walk around IN the house.

Level 2: Getting there...

- Go outside to walk on a great day. Try to enjoy yourself by looking at the bright sky and sun.

- Play sports! They may not be as fun as Minecraft, but they are still great for you and fun!

Level 3: Final Step!

- Head down over to downtown and go shopping!

- Be social! Talk to your friends, eat lunch/dinner with them, and most of all, just try to remind yourself what you did before you got Minecraft

And you should be not as addicted to Minecraft!

IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm not encouraging you to stop playing Minecraft! It's a great game, but don't burn your eyes out and go fat sitting on the computer all day (and night)!
