Space In Minecraft?

For a while now i have thought that Space Exploration should be implemented into Minecraft. This would bring out exciting new experiences and ideas for the players. People could explore planets far away and set foot on the moon. Perhaps even custom creatures in space for you to encounter would be cool too! I really love space and if space were to be implemented it would be amazing. Tell me what you think!

Well if you want to see that. play the new tekkit. I'm not sure if they will or not the logic is quite the leap from vanilla. Like I said earlier if you want to play minecraft with the moon and all get tekkit.

True, but i would love to see what Mojang could do with this idea, and this would interest alot of people who dont know how to get mods for minecraft.

I agree, but tekkit is a separate client, its a mod pack client no mod installation knowledge required.http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit <----

i agree! there needs to be more dimensions as well as bosses and blocks! Think of all the possibilities if you could explore new planets and dimensions and all sorts of stuff!!!!!

yeah. space travel in tekkit was awesome and i would love to see more technical stuff implemented into minecraft. especially if it is the communities choice!
