Okay, so you find a cool server and decide to apply for staff. As an admin on a my favorite server, I have seen many "bad" applications, and only a few decent ones. I have read MANY applications and I have both the perspective of the reader AND the writer of the application. Some of this stuff may sound like a no-brainer, but you'd be surprised. Now, shall we get started?
DO'S:
I hope I helped! ^^ Thanks for reading, and good luck getting that staff position! Oh, and remember; if you don't get the position, don't rage. You can always try again, and people who stay cool have a better chance at getting staff eventually then people who rage.

DO'S:
- Write full paragraphs.
- Give at least three good answers for each question.
- Use periods and other punctuation signs. I cannot stress this enough!
- Spend 10 minutes (or more) on your app.
- Use decent grammar.
- Include screenshots of your mentioned builds/pixel art.
- Note any experience.
- Ask an admin/owner any questions you may have about the form/rank.
- Include what rank you are applying for.
- Be honest!
- Apply before spending about a week playing the server. Seriously. ಠ_à²
- Press the enter or return button after every sentence to make your form look longer.
- Use run-on sentences.
- Put in one short sentence.
- Say: "im happy im fun im helpful" for every question.
- Spend less than 5 minutes on your app.
- Act unsure/shy. If the form asks for your time zone, then don't say "i dont know", just do a little research!
- Write in all lowercase. It looks so unprofessional!
- Repeat answers from previous questions in the form if you don't have to. (If you do, then acknowledge that and say something like "As I said previously, ...")
- Promise to do anything (usually advertising fits this case) that you know inside that you won't/can't do.
- Overuse chatspeak.
- Overestimate yourself.
- Underestimate yourself.

Also, would you mind if I posted a link to this blog in a blog I'm writing? I need some examples and this one is perfect.
