I hope your ok with constructive criticism, if not I'm sorry. ;-; Let me just start by saying I can see you are improving which is great! ^-^ By no means is your art bad, it's actually a lot better than a lot of art I see floating around. :3 But, I would like to start with your first picture named chibi. Your color choices have gotten a lot better! Your eye shapes as well. Though, you are now blending too much, for a piece with less colors/shading cell shading will be your best friend! The shading you had done seems a bit more on the painting style of digital art. Which would be great if you had a lot of shading/lighting and colors to work with.

Your hair also seems a bit stiff, in comparison I would say it's like someone used a whole can of hairspray XD I used to make the same mistake so don't worry! It's a lot easier to show you how to correct stiff hair :3 so I'll make a tutorial for you :D?

One last thing! Your line-art. Well you seem to be getting better at line-art to! Though your lines are still a bit wobbly, and they have some pixels uncolored in between the lines and color. That's an easy fix of course :3 just make sure you color on the layer under your line-art. which brings me to the question, what art program do you use? I looked around but couldn't find where you said or if you do. ;-; Sorry if you did.

Almost forgot, your eyes. Like I said your shapes have gotten better. But be careful on how you color them. Make sure not to blend too much. :3 I'll make a tutorial on how I color eyes right now XD my eye coloring is always changing. :3
