alot of you already probley know about this mod and infact you will most likley find it on this website if you search it , if you dont know what it is it is basically a mod that can not only make minecraft lag less by giving you options to turn the graphics down , but even if you do have a pc already that can max everything out at 300 frames per second than this will make minecraft look even better by giving you options to turn up the graphics , such as longer render distance , better looking fog, , antialysing 16X , enhanced particles and more , so please get this mod , a link is not neccasery since you just need to search in the search box on this website.
