"And the square route of-" I completely ignored math class and every other class. I always was trapped in my own world at night or at day. I always felt safer when I was in my own world. Real life really wasn't my thing, imagining things was better. Until you realize you have a whole mountain of homework due because you were to busy trapped in another world to do it. So here I am, cramming in all my homework thanks to my stupid brain. If only there was an easier way, if only..... I could just be free. I really did hate the world I am living in, don't misinterpret this as suicide, but I'm just stating a fact. The world I'm living in is not perfect, but the world I imagine is beyond perfect. In fact, it's not even in our vocabulary to describe how perfect it is. There's more than 1,000 synynoms to describe it. To be free of the weight placed on your shoulders, to completely be embraced. That's the type of world I want to live in, and I do. In my mind of course. "Jeffery! Jeff!" My best friend Michael said tapping on my forehead. "Wha- oh, it's you." I said confused. "Daydreaming again?" He smirked. "W-Well, I mean, there's nothing wrong with it!" I said stammering. "Nothing wrong?! You missed an entire period of review for exams! Dude, you gotta keep up or you'll fail school, and I KNOW how 'well' you're doing." He said throwing his arms in the air. He does have a point, but in my world, no one has exams or work. Just laziness, how I like it. "Well, some people just cram it in like I do." "Or some people study like I do any gets DESCENT grades." He shouted. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "Look, if you're going to be my mom or something, just stop okay?" I said turning around. "Fine I will, but don't be surprised if I go into college instead of you." Then he left. I sighed heavily just at the thought of college. Too much work, in my world, we don't need college. All we just needed was comfort and relaxation. Yeah, why can't this world be like that? "Hey Jeffery!" Isabelle, my little sister, said with a smile. I just grunted and went up to my room ignoring the whines behind me. I threw my backpack onto my floor and sat on my bed grabbing my laptop. I have a 230 word essay due tomorrow, and it's on George Washington. Fun.

It was spring and Michael and I were waiting in line to check in for finals. "What colleges are you going to go to? Or did you even apply." He said. "I-I haven't really thought about college to be honest." "Did you even study? I stayed up till 3:00 am! Aw, I only got 3 hours!" He sighed wiping his already sweaty forehead. "But that's alright, cause I feel like I'm gonna ace this exam!" He said smiling. I just snorted, "I only stayed up for 1 hour, then spent the rest.... thinking." I said already feeling myself sink into my imagination. "Ooh, no you don't! We are Seniors dude! Not kindergarteners!" He said shaking me from my safe place. I frowned.

The room was boring. The exam was boring. Life was boring. Even Michael was boring. I felt like I bombed the test really, I just rushed through because I wanted to go to my heaven faster. "How was it? I thought that was easy!" Michael said grinning. "It was.... okay..." I said slouching. "Well, I told you to stay out of your silly place, and look where it took you to! I'm surprised you made it this far without failing!" "Well, I only made it just by a slim chance." I said rubbing the back of my head." Michael sighed, "What are we gonna do?" He laughed a bit. I only frowned, but smiled when I found my world. And I never wanted to leave it.


Sheesh, that was a REALLY long story :T My max time was like, 20 min though so, yeah :I Anyways, I made it without any sad endings! I'm so proud of myself! "And I never wanted to leave it.." *Cough* T.T Umm, bye have a great day!!
